What is the weather like on Monday in Oklahoma?

Another large storm area appeared overnight. Some of these storms are severe and produce heavy rainfall.

We have seen a number of storms with multiple points of spread. Due to low-level rotation, these storms could produce brief tornadoes.

The weather team is tracking potential wind gusts of 60-65 mph and quarter-sized hail, particularly in southeastern and central counties.

Midday: A second wave of storms is expected around 11 a.m. Here we may see an increase in severe weather potential, including an increased risk of tornadoes. The storms will move eastward during the afternoon and are expected to dissipate between 1 and 3 p.m
