The 107th season at The Muny in St. Louis has been announced! The latest season includes four musicals that have never been performed on the Forest Park stage, two shows that have not been seen at the Muny in decades and a returning jukebox favorite.

The seven productions were unveiled Wednesday afternoon at an invitation-only event at The Muny's Emerson Studio, which was also livestreamed to viewers around the world.

“After our epic journey together last summer, it is a joy to share this bold, exciting lineup for 2025,” said Mike Isaacson, artistic director and executive producer of Muny. “Our commitment to our audience and our community is to give them another season they will never forget, so here we go.”

Bring it on: The Musical

Monday, June 16th – Sunday, June 22nd

Experience the exciting collision of cheerleading competitions, high school rivalries and teenage romances. Campbell is captain of a cheerleading squad, but an unexpected twist derails her senior year and sends her to a new school without a cheerleading squad. Undeterred, she teams up with her new school's dance group to form a strong troupe for the national championships. Inspired by the hit film series, Bring It On: The Musical is a soaring journey through the tangled web of friendship, jealousy, betrayal and forgiveness. This bitingly relevant musical has a fresh story from a creative team that includes Lin-Manuel Miranda, Tom Kitt and Jeff Whitty. A Muny premiere

Come from far away

Thursday, June 26th – Wednesday, July 2nd

As the world came to a standstill on September 11th, kindness increased in a remote Canadian town. In “Come From Away,” a breathtaking musical based on a remarkable true story, 38 commercial flights from around the world are diverted for days to tiny Gander, Newfoundland.

Undeterred by the arrival of nearly 7,000 surprise guests, residents provide light in a dark time, welcoming the stranded travelers with music, an open bar and hope. A Muny premiere

Disney's Frozen

Sunday, July 6th – Monday, July 14th

It's here! For the first time, The Muny presents the Disney phenomenon that has taken the world by storm. In the kingdom of Arendelle, sisters Anna and Elsa become increasingly distant from each other. When Elsa becomes queen and her hidden powers spiral out of control, she flees, plunging the kingdom into eternal winter. Determined to bring Elsa home to the castle, Anna sets off on an epic adventure with friends. Full of magic and humor, Disney's “Frozen” features beloved songs from the Oscar-winning film as well as a dozen new songs written for the stage. It is a powerful story about sisterhood, acceptance and the meaning of true love. Disney's Frozen is proudly presented by Edward Jones. A Muny premiere

Evita

Friday, July 18th – Thursday, July 24th

Accompanied by powerful pop-rock music, Evita traces Eva Perón's meteoric rise to political “holiness”. The acclaimed musical is set against the backdrop of political unrest in Argentina from 1934 to 1952 and follows Eva's journey from ambitious actress to first lady before her death at the age of 33. Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's masterpiece was last seen on the Muny stage in 2001 and features the popular songs “Don't Cry for Me Argentina,” “Oh What a Circus,” “Buenos Aires” and “Another Suitcase in Another Hall”. Dear Evan Hansen

Monday, July 28th – Sunday, August 3rd

Evan Hansen, a teenager with severe anxiety disorder, has always felt invisible. But when a sudden death shocks the community and puts him at the center of a rapidly evolving controversy, Evan is given the chance of a lifetime: the chance to be someone else. Dear Evan Hansen – winner of the Tony and Olivier Awards for Best Musical – is a deeply contemporary coming-of-age story about the fragility of life and the need for human connection. A regional premiere in Muny and the Midwest

La Cage aux Folles

Friday, August 8th – Thursday, August 14th

For the first time in nearly four decades, The Muny presents La Cage aux Folles, Harvey Fierstein and Jerry Herman's hilarious play on complicated family dynamics. After 20 years together, things get difficult for Georges and Albin when their son gets engaged to the daughter of a politician. The couple's drag nightclub in Saint-Tropez, where Albin performs as “Zaza”, provides additional excitement. This musical theater triumph, which inspired the 1996 film “The Birdcage,” features unforgettable tunes like “I Am What I Am,” “The Best of Times” and “A Little More Mascara.” La Cage aux Folles is proudly presented by the Staenberg Family Foundation. Jersey boys

Monday, August 18th – Sunday, August 24th

“Jersey Boys” tells the inspiring story of four working-class kids who became pop music legends. This global sensation explores the journey of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, revealing the secrets behind their 40-year friendship as they rise from the streets of New Jersey to the heights of superstardom. Featuring top hits like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” “Dawn” and “My Eyes Adored You,” “Jersey Boys” is a heartfelt tribute to the gang of brotherhood, the pursuit of dreams and the price of fame.
