Results, Points, Championship 4 field set after the NASCAR 2024 Cup Playoff race at Martinsville Speedway

NASCAR has prepared the field for its Championship 4 with Martinsville Speedway winner Ryan Blaney and William Byron advancing to the title round and joined Joey Logano and Tyler Reddick.

Blaney secured the title at Phoenix Raceway on November 10 with a win at Martinsville for the second straight year.

Byron finished sixth and made it to the championship round for the second year in a row.

The Hendrick Motorsports driver The final spot in Phoenix was awarded in points when NASCAR ruled that Christopher Bell had overtaken on the final lap was illegal and resulted in the Joe Gibbs Racing driver being demoted from 18th to 22nd.

Chase Elliott (second), Kyle Larson (third) and Denny Hamlin (fifth) also failed to make the championship race.
