New Suns' menu includes a Gorilla souvenir popcorn bucket and 12-inch taco

PHOENIX – It's officially basketball season and the Phoenix Suns have a whole new roster, and we're not talking about the players!

“We have over 20 new (featured) items on our menu this season. We’re very excited about it,” Oak View Group Executive Chef Otis Huemmer said in an interview with ABC15.

“The star of our show is really the barbecue. That's why we developed a brand new concept called “smoked”. It features an 18-hour smoked brisket from K4 Ranch, a local humanely raised and grass-fed farmer. They have a million acres of land in Prescott. We really enjoy working with them. We also have a pulled pork sandwich and smoked wings,” Huemmer said.

The BBQ plate consists of smoked beef brisket with mac n cheese, coleslaw and bread. This plate also comes with cucumbers and onions as a side dish.

The menu includes not only BBQ, but also tacos…even a loaded 12-inch taco!

“The Great taco. It's huge. It is divisible. I would say bring a friend if you want to take it over. It's packed with carne asada, guacamole and pico de gallo. It’s delicious,” Huemmer said.
