Lizzo took a pretty silly reference to her in a recent South Park episode and turned it into a hilarious Halloween costume.

The Grammy-winning singer shared a series of new posts on her verified Instagram on Saturday in which she showed off her outfit, which consisted of a fake medication box with her name and some small print warnings like “FDA approved,” “diet suppressant,” and “diet suppressant.” “ was “For single patient use only.”

Instead of a belt, Lizzo wore a tape measure that held the boxing dress in place at her waist.

In her first picture, Lizzo posed in an old-school style print ad asking, “Do you need self-love?” Try Lizzo! Losing guilt, gaining confidence.” Her caption for the post read, “Ok Halloween…you can start now.”

Subsequent posts included a video clip showing Lizzo in her costume dancing in front of a cutout of “South Park” character Cartman while audio from the show's Ozempic episode played.

The May episode, titled “South Park: The End of Obesity,” mocked the increasing popularity of weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro and featured a fake advertisement for a fake product called “Lizzo.”

In a scene from the series, “South Park” characters Sharon and Sheila discuss the “amazing” new medication Sharon is taking to manage her weight. However, since her insurance only covers weight loss medications for diabetics, Sharon reveals, “For those of us who can't afford Ozempic and Mounjaro, there's a whole new anti-obesity drug.”

The scene then cuts to a fake commercial for “Lizzo,” a drug “that makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic.”

“In case studies, 70% of Lizzo patients didn’t care how much they weighed,” says the fake commercial’s narrator.

“Lizzo helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum…Ask for the power of saying nothing with Lizzo,” the commercial adds, along with a slew of side effects.

In her live reaction video on Instagram and TikTok at the time, Lizzo said: “This is crazy, I just feel like, damn, I'm really such a bitch.”

“I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give up on shit, to the point where these men in Colorado knew who the fuck I was and put it in their cartoon that's been out since 25.” She added, referring to “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who met at the University of Colorado Boulder and filmed the show in the state.

Lizzo has long been an advocate for body positivity and has spoken out about her body shaming on social media.
