Vice President Kamala Harris made a cameo appearance on the final episode of “Saturday Night Live” before Tuesday's election alongside her impersonator on the show.

Harris appeared as a “mirror image” of herself, portrayed by Maya Rudolph, at the end of the cold open, which poked fun at Donald Trump wearing a sanitary vest at a rally this week, as well as Joe Biden's repeated gaffes.

Rudolph's Harris wondered, “I wish I could talk to someone who was in my shoes, you know, a black, South Asian woman running for president. Preferably from the Bay Area.”

It then emerged that Harris was sitting across the table from her, which caused huge cheers from the audience. Harris grinned and said, “You and me both, sister.”

Harris then lashed out at Trump, saying: “I’m just here to remind you, you got this. Because you can do something your opponent can't do. They can open doors.”

Trump was seen momentarily struggling to open the door of the garbage truck he had been talking to reporters about this week. The garbage truck and vest were intended to draw attention to Biden's suggestion this week that Trump's supporters were “garbage.”

Rudolph mocked Harris' distinctive laugh, prompting Harris to ask, “I don't really laugh like that, do I?”

“A little,” Rudolph replied.

What followed was a series of rhymes around Harris' first name as Rudolph said, “Kamala, take my palm-ala.”

“The American people want to stop the chaos,” Rudolph said, and Harris added, “And stop the drama.”

“With a cool new stepmom ala. Slip back into our pajama laser. And watch a romantic comedy,” Rudolph said.

Rudolph added at the end of the skit, “I’ll vote for us.”

“Great. “Is there any chance you’re registered in Pennsylvania?” Harris asked.

“No, I’m not,” said Rudolph.

“Well, it was worth a try,” Harris said, before the two delivered the show’s signature: “Live from New York, it’s Saturday night!”

The Trump campaign disparaged Harris' appearance on the show when reports of her “surprise appearance” surfaced Saturday.

“Kamala Harris has nothing of substance to offer the American people, so she lives out her distorted fantasy playing on Saturday Night Leftists with her elite friends while her campaign fades into obscurity. For four years, Kamala's destructive policies have been “She broke it, and President Trump is going to fix it,” spokesman Steven Cheung told Fox News Digital.

Harris wasn't the only Democrat to make a cameo on the show.

Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, Hillary Clinton's vice presidential running mate in 2016, also appeared in a skit in which a contestant on a game show couldn't remember who Kaine was.
