Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce grabbed a heckling fan's phone and slammed it to the ground after the fan used an anti-LGBTQ slur at his brother and Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce and girlfriend and had insulted Chiefs star pop star Taylor Swift.

Several videos have surfaced on social media showing Kelce on Penn State's campus for an appearance on ESPN College game day on Saturday before the college's game against Ohio State as he was walking across the university grounds when a fan was heard making an insulting comment about his brother.

“Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is an (F-word) for dating Taylor Swift?” The fan has a hard time telling.

From multiple angles, Kelce appears to say something to the fan before grabbing the phone and slamming it to the ground.

Kelce then appears to confront the fan one last time and say something to him. It's unclear what happened next, but the situation clearly worsened.

Kelce, 36, spent 13 seasons with the Eagles, was a six-time All-Pro selection and won a Super Bowl in 2018. He announced his retirement in March 2024 and then joined the ESPN team Monday evening countdown, a pregame show before the broadcast of Monday Night Football.

Kelce also hosts the popular podcast New heights with his brother Travis. New heights is one of the top five sports podcasts on Spotify, and the Kelce brothers signed a three-year deal with Amazon Wondery in August 2024 worth over $100 million.
