Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had his Hebrew Twitter/X account suspended overnight after just two posts.

“Account blocked. X will suspend accounts that violate the X Rules,” the statement on the account reads.

Khamenei first opened his report on Saturday, writing in Hebrew: “In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful.”

Israeli users quickly responded to Khamenei's tweet, with Israeli emergency service ZAKA commenting with the words of Kaddish, the Jewish prayer for the dead.

In an additional post in Hebrew that referenced Israel's attack on Iran on Saturday, the Islamic Republic leader reportedly wrote: “The Zionist regime made a mistake and miscalculated regarding Iran. We will make him understand Iran's power, capability, initiative and determination.”

Khamenei expressed similar sentiments in his English report, stating: “The Zionist regime took a wrong step two nights ago. We must make them understand the power, determination and initiative of the Iranian people.”

“Our officials should be the ones who assess and accurately grasp what needs to be done (to show the enemy the power of the Iranian people) and do everything that is in the best interests of this country and this nation,” he added.

Khamenei further wrote: “Zionists make a miscalculation regarding Iran. You don't know Iran. They were still unable to fully understand the power, initiative and determination of the Iranian people. We have to make them understand these things.”

Action Days of Atonement

In the early hours of Saturday, Israel carried out Operation Days of Repentance, attacking around 20 military sites in Iran.

The purpose of the attacks, carried out in three waves, was to cause long-term damage to Iran's air defenses and its ability to produce ballistic missiles.
