Gold Glove Winners Announced – MLB Trade Rumors

Major League Baseball announced the Gold Glove winners this evening, selected by a panel of managers, coaches and statistical analyses. 25 percent of the total selection was determined by SABR's Defensive Index metrics, while the other 75 percent was determined by the votes of all 30 managers and up to six coaches from each team. Gold Glove utility was determined separately using a defense formula calculated by SABR and Rawlings.
