CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – A cold front will move through the Southeast tomorrow, bringing us another round of unusually cool air that will last into next weekend.

  • Monday: Sunny, airy and mild
  • Tuesday: Partly cloudy, cooler
  • Wednesday: Sun and clouds, cool

Get ready for a series of cool mornings and chilly afternoons this week.

Ahead of the cold front, there will be a few isolated showers and storms moving across the mountains later tonight into Monday morning. expect lows in the 40s.

In Charlotte, conditions will remain dry and low temperatures will be in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

As the cold front sweeps through the Carolinas, wind gusts of up to 30 mph will occur Monday.

Tomorrow afternoon is expected to continue to be mostly sunny, windy and mild, with highs in the mid-70s. From Monday it will be noticeably cooler and mostly dry as the week progresses.

Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies on Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the lower 60s. Lows for Tuesday and Wednesday night will range from the lower 30s in the mountains to the lower 40s in Charlotte.

Thursday and Friday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, with high temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Next weekend looks sunny and dry, with highs in the lower 70s.
