Browns, Chargers inactive: Joey Bosa and Denzel Ward's injury status has been confirmed

The Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Chargers are still 90 minutes away from the start of their Week 9 game, which could impact the NFL trade deadline and other events in the future. Both teams are disappointed with their starts at this point, as the Browns enter their bye week in Week 10 with a lot of questions and trade deadline rumors.

The final injury report for the AFC clash in Cleveland ruled four players out, one listed as questionable and five questionable, including DE Joey Bosa and CB Denzel Ward. Ward was removed from the concussion protocol as a LB on Saturday Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah was put on IR.

Now, with just over an hour until kickoff, the two teams have submitted their inactive lists:

Brown's week 9 inactive

• QB Bailey Zappe (3QB)
• RB D'Onta foreman
• LB Jordan Hicks
• OL Germain Ifedi
• DT Quinton Jefferson

No real surprises since Foreman is inactive Jerome Ford returns to the lineup. The team also announced this David Jones will still remain your starting left player Jedrick Wills return.

Chargers inactive week 9

• CB Kristian Fulton
• WR DJ Chark
• OL Brenden Jaimes
• OL Jordan McFadden
• TE Stone Smartt
• DL Justin Eboigbe

Bosa is active, as is LB Denzel Perrymanboth important pieces of the puzzle for LA’s defense. Chark was activated from injured reserve on Saturday, making his status interesting for the game.
