Bob Costas and Ron Darling highlight the playoff division announcer pairings

If the Wild Card games so far have given us a taste of what's to come, the rest of the 2024 Major League Baseball postseason could be something special.

As for the broadcast of all upcoming games, the remaining broadcast orders for the postseason have been announced.

In Game 3 between the New York Mets and the Milwaukee Brewers on Thursday, Jon “Boog” Sciambi and Doug Glanville can be seen courtside while Jesse Rogers is on the sidelines.

“The calling of these games is an expression of brotherly love,” Glanville told Awful Annancing on Thursday. “It gives me great pleasure to work with Jon, who is like another brother to me. We love engaging with the data, but we want it to be informative and entertaining. Jon is always prepared and challenges you as an analyst to be ready to bring your expertise to bear. Then we just hang out together. Two 80s kids who love the game.

“It is an honor to be the voice of such a momentous game. I know what it means for both teams, both cities. I've felt this as a player, as a fan and now as a storyteller. It has to be done responsibly, but also with joy, because in the end it’s fun and I feel very lucky to be able to do this as my job.”

After the other Wild Card games ended in sweeps, the American League Division Series networks were signed up for the TBS broadcasts.

According to SI's Jimmy Traina, legendary broadcaster Bob Costas will be in conversation with Ron Darling when the New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals meet.

The National League Division Series with the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Diego Padres on TBS will feature Joe Davis and John Smoltz.

The NLDS featuring the Mets/Brewers against the Philadelphia Phillies will have play-by-play from Adam Amin with former MLB players AJ Pierzynski and Adam Wainwright as analysts.

Brian Anderson and former Gold Glove winner Jeff Francoeur will determine the ALDS series between the Detroit Tigers and the Cleveland Guardians.

On the radio side, Karl Ravech and Eduardo Perez will be in the booth, along with Tim Kurkjian as analyst for the Royals-Yankees, Sciambi and Glanville will follow the Mets/Brewers winner to Philly, and Roxy Bernstein and Jessica Mendoza will be on the air Call for Padres-Dodgers. Radio responsibility for the National League Championship Series lies with Sciambi and Glanville.
