Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson went all out for Halloween!

Hudson, 24, posted snaps of his costumes on Instagram on Thursday, October 31, which showed Belichick, 72, dressed as a fisherman, with a wide-brimmed bucket hat, a sturdy raincoat, jeans and boots. The former head coach of the New England Patriots also had a fishing rod in his hand.

Hudson, for her part, wore a scaly bottom modeled after a mermaid tail and jewels around her neck as a top. She appeared to laugh as Belichick smiled into the camera.

“Ouucchhhh!!! 🪝,” she captioned her photos.

This is Hudson's second Halloween costume this year, her first being a fun nod to the eight-time Super Bowl champion.

According to TMZ, she and a group of friends celebrated a friend's engagement in costume at Walt Disney World over the weekend. For the occasion, Hudson wore a cropped-around-the-waist New York Giants T-shirt paired with Belichick's signature short shorts. Belichick coached the team from 1979 to 1990.

In June, PEOPLE confirmed that the two had been dating for more than a year after being spotted together several times. The romance comes after Belichick and his former girlfriend Linda Holliday split in September 2023 after 16 years together.

“Jordon is smart and ambitious and pretty organized,” a source previously told PEOPLE. “It's easy to see that Bill could fall in love with her.” She's young and attractive and interesting. I don’t know what she wants with him, but they seem to enjoy each other and like doing a lot of the same things.”

A separate source added: “If I had the opportunities with attractive young women that Bill has, who knows what would happen. “All I can say is that we like Linda and think they make a great couple. They were good together.”

Belichick and the Patriots parted ways in January after 24 seasons and six Super Bowl victories. At the time, the team was struggling to win games and Belichick was visibly frustrated in media interviews.

An insider told PEOPLE in September that Belichick was keeping busy in his relationship with Hudson and “it's all about football.” “He doesn’t want the public to draw a lot of attention to himself. He has a lot to do, a good family and meets people all the time.”
