After two heavy away defeats, Bayern Munich are back at the Allianz Arena looking to get their Champions League campaign back on track.

The fact is that Portuguese teams are no pushovers (as Manchester City have discovered) and Vincent Kompany has yet to record a single win against big opponents in his managerial tenure. The biggest concern remains defense, as Kim Min-jae and Dayot Upamecano are error-prone and a high back line has proven weak against counter-attacks.

Kompany has to prove himself and also rehabilitate his football brand. He has a solid squad with no significant absences. Can he do it?
