Jamie Carragher has suggested Mikel Arteta is more likely to become the next Jose Mourinho than the new Pep Guardiola.

Arsenal suffered a 2-2 draw against Liverpool Great Sunday after dominating the first half.

The Gunners, unbalanced by injuries to Gabriel and Jurrien Timber, were back at it after the break, with the game following a similar pattern to their draws against Brighton and Manchester City, followed by their recent defeat against Bournemouth.

“I'm starting to worry about Arsenal's mentality now,” he concluded Sky Sports' Roy Keane.

“When they take the lead, they sit back instead of going for the third goal. Liverpool were ready when they wanted it. I'm just worried about their belief, whether they believe they can really challenge Manchester City.” ?”

With a tongue-in-cheek jibe at Arteta's side, he said: “I'm very worried about Arsenal's medical team. Every time an Arsenal player is attacked, he goes down, he rolls around. This is a waste of time.” .
