AJ Brown injury: The Eagles wide receiver is questionable to return against the Jaguars

1 minute, 16 seconds Read

The Eagles offense finally got off to a decent start and were able to score early points against the Jaguars on Sunday afternoon. Although AJ Brown was evaluated for a concussion in the first half, the WR was cleared and was able to return to play, but unfortunately it didn't last long.

After halftime, Brown attempted to sprint down the sideline before eventually returning to the locker room. Shortly after returning to the stadium, the WR's return was listed as questionable due to a knee injury.

The Eagles led 16-0 at halftime and had the momentum to suggest they probably won't need Brown to emerge from this Week 10 game with a win. Hopefully it's a good sign that Brown was able to compete at all, and keeping him out might be a precautionary measure.

Before leaving the game, Brown had two catches for 36 yards, but there's no denying how much he impacts the game just by being on the field. Fortunately, the other parts of the Eagles' offense seem to be working fine, and we're keeping our fingers crossed that any issues are short-term. At least it doesn't look like this injury is related to his hamstring injury earlier in the season.
