How tall is Barron Trump? 18-year-old towers over Republican father during US election victory speech

Donald Trump gave a speech in Florida on election night in which he declared himself the winner of the 2024 presidential election and called it a “great victory for the American people.”

While this moment will go down in American political history, many viewers had their eyes on another member of the Trump family: 18-year-old Barron.

Many of us remember Barron as the quiet 10-year-old who followed his father on his infamous 2016 presidential campaign.

But on Tuesday night, at an election night event in Florida, the now 18-year-old towered over the rest of his father's team and members of his family – including his mother Melania and his half-sister Ivanka. Barron's size certainly made him stand out from the crowd.

How tall is Barron Trump?

Although his father is believed to be tall at 6 feet 2 inches, Barron trumps his father at 6 feet 7 inches.

During a January campaign rally in Iowa, Trump told the crowd that he owed his youngest son's height to his late mother-in-law Amalija Knavs. “Boy, did she take care of Barron? That’s how he got so big – just eating her food,” he said.

“I said, 'You're going to be a basketball player,'” he recalled of a conversation with Barron. “He said, 'Actually, I like football, Dad'.”
