No. 14 LSU (6-2, 3-1) will host the No. 11 Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday night at Tiger Stadium in one of the most anticipated showdowns of Week 11.

Garrett Nussmeier and Jalen Milroe will face off in a primetime matchup as both programs look to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive.

From Nick Saban and the ESPN College GameDay crew making their way to Baton Rouge to the stars from across America flying into town, the stage is set for an iconic duel in Death Valley.

We're less than a week away from the two Southeastern Conference rivals taking the field at Tiger Stadium and the college football models and analysts are starting to log their predictions.

The Alabama Crimson Tide are currently three-point favorites heading into the Week 11 game. A line that hovered around the 1.5-point mark a week ago continues to trend Vegas toward the Tide as favorites heading into Saturday night.

ESPN's Football Power Index predicts the outcome of every game in college football each week, with the latest results logged for Week 11.

Now, as this weekend's schedule approaches, FPI has issued an expert forecast for Saturday night in Death Valley.

The model leans heavily on the Alabama Crimson Tide, with Kalen DeBoer's club given a 69.8% chance of winning the Southeastern Conference game.

That gives the Tigers a 30.2% chance of pulling off an upset in a prime-time home game.

It's important to note that Brian Kelly has yet to lose a night game in Baton Rouge, but ESPN's Football Power Index continues to lean heavily on the Crimson Tide to spoil his streak.

Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt has logged his prediction for this Saturday night in Baton Rouge.

Alabama remains a three-point favorite, according to DraftKings Sportsbook, with Klatt also favoring the Crimson Tide.

“Remember, ‘Bama got the win over Georgia. And in this case, I would let them win at LSU at night. So you're there. They’re totally there,” Klatt said of Alabama’s chances in the College Football Playoff.

The Crimson Tide, like LSU, will be idle in Week 10 before next Saturday's clash, but will certainly have full momentum by November 9th.

After a 34-0 win in their last game against Missouri, Alabama starts next weekend in Baton Rouge with high pressure.

“This was a big comeback win for Alabama on Saturday, even if it was against a Missouri team that has been overrated since the start of the season. “Alabama’s defense played incredibly well after a couple of weeks of disappointing play,” Klatt said.

“I'm not sure how much we should take away from this game because I don't think Missouri is particularly good. But when you go 34-0 against an SEC opponent, that should mean something.”

No. 14 LSU will return to play on November 9 against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT at Tiger Stadium.

The game odds are updated regularly and are subject to change.
