“I thought he was a baby”

Mike Tyson has opened up about his meeting with TikToker Hasbulla, saying he thought the Russian social media personality was a child when he first met him.

In a new interview with The whole smoke fight (approx. 36:30), Tyson spoke at length about everything from fights in his career to his serious injury after falling off a hoverboard in an incident caught on video.

The interviewer asked him if he would meet Hasbulla in 2023, and Tyson recalled picking up the viral star and nibbling his ear, thinking he was a little child.

The interviewer asked if the viral video of Tyson weighing Hasbulla was real, and the boxing legend laughed at the moment.

“I thought it was a baby,” Tyson said. “That’s how I am with children. He’s about 26 years old.”

Hasbulla, whose full name is Hasbulla Magomedov, is 22.

Hasbulla gained notoriety online for making fun of MMA fighters. Due to dwarfism, he has a childlike appearance that makes people believe he is much younger than his age.

Tyson raised eyebrows earlier this year when he made a bizarre comment about YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul dancing at a press conference.

Tyson and Paul were scheduled to face off in the ring on July 20, and before that date, Tyson held a press conference in which he replied to Paul that he wanted to “kiss Mike's big, juicy lips.”

“He wanted to kiss me?” Tyson said at the time. “It's so ironic that he said that because I saw pictures on YouTube of him dancing when he was 16, doing this little dance, and for some reason I had an erection.”

The fight between Tyson and Paul has been postponed and they will face each other in the boxing ring on November 15th.
