It's been almost a decade since the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition. The Ritual of the Dire Wolf is nearing its climax and with the release of Dragon Age: The Veilguard we are excited to welcome you back to Thedas. It's been a journey – and every step has only been possible thanks to the support of you, our fans. We can't wait for you all to experience this latest chapter in the Dragon Age series.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is the culmination of the development team's love for the franchise and our shared vision for the game. Just as each of you has inspired us to do our best work, we now hope to inspire you on your journey at Thedas. We can't wait to see the deeply personalized characters you create, the inventive methods you use to combat your enemies, and the decisions you'll make to shape your adventure. And of course, we're excited about the relationships you'll build with your companions along the way. When we searched that map at the end of Trespasser, we knew we were going to Tevinter. And we knew we would see Solas. The rest? Well, you know what they say about planning ahead.
