    Great weather for day 1 of the Breeders' Cup

    A trio of also-eligible players were drawn ahead of the Breeders' Cup card on November 1st Del Mar.

    All three were candidates for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1T). They are no longer eligible for the race Supa speed , Tiger-like And Acquitted . The Juvenile Fillies Turf is the eighth race on Friday.

    After forecasts called for rain Friday, Del Mar was blessed with sunny, clear skies and an expected high temperature of 69 degrees. The first Breeders' Cup race of the day is Race 6, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint (G1T), at 5:45 p.m. ET/2:45 p.m. PT.

    The scratches in today's world championship races also include:

    From race 6, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint, Out on bail And Smash it were scratched.
    From race 7, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1), Non-compliant is scratched.
    Also eligible from race 8, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf Supa speedTigerish and Acquitted are deleted.
    From race 10, the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf (G1T), Minaret station , Tenacious leader , Saber-toothed tiger And Kale's angel were scratched.
