But you may be wondering how it all turned out for Agatha and her coven in the end. After all, the Witch's Path is not for the simplest of witches. Has anyone else died? And what about Billy's future?

Here's the ultimate breakdown of that Agatha all the time Third season finale.

Wait, it was a double finale…

And a lot happened in both episodes! So we're going to do a little recap of Episode 8 before we get into what happened in the last episode.

Episode 8 begins exactly where we last left off: Lilia sacrifices herself. Agatha and Rio talk in private, with Rio revealing that she is trying to get Billy back since he managed to escape death and slip into another body, tipping the balance of things. Rio also notes that she is surprised at how much Agatha has allowed people to believe the terrible things about her and what happened to Nicky, which leads us to the realization that the truth about Agatha is not real. Agatha makes a deal with Rio in which she gives Billy back to Rio and in return Rio finally leaves Agatha alone.

Agatha, Jenn and Billy continue on their way, but soon realize that it is a circle. Before Agatha decides to do it all again in hopes of reaching the end, Billy puts on his shoes and the three are transported to the next test. There, Jenn realizes the truth of what happened to her – Agatha was the one who put the spell on her. She performs an escape spell to regain her powers and disappears, having gotten what she wanted on the street. Agatha then decides to help Billy find Tommy's soul and he manages to transfer it to another unknown body.

Now all alone, Agatha finds an old seed in her medallion, plants it in open ground and is able to complete the experiment. In the end, she returns to her house, where Rio is waiting for her and remarks that she hasn't given up on Billy. Agatha says the street should have given her the price of gaining power, but then she realizes it doesn't work that way. Rio, wanting to recapture Agatha, fights her, but Billy comes to save Agatha and gives her some of his power.

Rio says one of them can leave and the other can leave. Agatha initially sets out to sacrifice Billy, but after he mentions Nicholas, she turns around and kisses Rio, literally giving her the kiss of death and sacrificing herself for Billy. Billy returns home and enters his room, where he realizes that he has different parts of the street around him when he hears Agatha's laughter…

But wait, a look back!

We are now in the final episode, which begins with a flashback. A younger Agatha is pregnant and running through a forest all alone. Shortly before the birth, she sees death approaching her and begs her not to take Nicholas with her. Death tells her that all she can do is give her more time, for which Agatha is grateful.

They begin traveling together, with Agatha tricking witches into hitting them with her powers so she can absorb them and kill them in the process. As Nicholas grows older, we discover that he created an original version of the witch ballad as they walked down a street together. The song later changes to the current form of the witch ballad. One night, after going to bed, Death comes and takes Nicholas with him. Agatha mourns her son and is looking for more power.

As the decades pass, Agatha continues to use the ballad of the witches and the idea of the road to take their powers away. She would make them “summon” the street with her, but if they failed, she would anger them by causing them to hit her with their power, allowing her to absorb it.

Which brings us back to the present…

When we see the new circle, we try to pave the way from the first episodes. However, Agatha is surprised that the path is actually real and realizes that Billy was able to make it real with his powers, making her realize that he is the son of the Scarlett Witch/Wanda Maximoff.

Back in Billy's room, he is shocked to see Agatha, who is now a ghost. She tells him the truth about what happened and how he was able to build the road, causing Billy to feel guilty for all the lives lost along the way. However, Agatha points out that he actually saved a life, as Jen got her power back and she was freed instead of dying as Agatha originally intended. Agatha remarks that he needs to get used to this feeling, but Billy fights back and says that he will never get used to this feeling.

He immediately returns to Agatha's house, where she tries to drive away Agatha's ghost with the locket and his magic book. Agatha manages to snatch the locket from him, and she admits that she is afraid of going completely over because that would mean having to face Nicholas.

Billy decides to work with Agatha to find Tommy, allowing Agatha to stay behind as a ghost and work with Billy as his spirit guide. He uses his powers to remove the door to the street, leaving behind the names of Sharon, Alice and Lilia as a tribute to their victims. The new duo leaves the basement and heads back to the real world, where they hope to finally find Tommy in a new body somewhere out there.

Wait, that's it?!

Unfortunately for us, Witch Street is now closed forever and we have officially reached the end. However, considering that this is just the beginning of Billy's journey and there is still Tommy out there, there is much more to come for this new circle. Maybe even a different kind of team? Who knows…we'll have to wait and see.
