Robert Pattinson filmed scenes for the upcoming film in Boston on Thursday

Onlookers filled the streets of Boston on Thursday to catch a glimpse of Robert Pattinson filming scenes for an upcoming film.

The Twilight star was spotted filming on Federal Street in the Financial District on October 31st.

MassLive saw Pattinson, wearing a black raincoat and glasses, talking to a woman in a wheelchair while filming two takes of the same scene.

Extras walked by to simulate being in the middle of the same city, while film crews kept viewers at a distance.

The 38-year-old will star alongside “Euphoria” actress Zendaya in a new romantic film called “The Drama.”

Plans for The Drama were revealed in August, as first reported by The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline.

The upcoming film is directed by Kristoffer Borgli (“Dream Scenario”) and produced by Ari Aster (“Midsommar,” “Hereditary”). According to IMBd Pro, production on the film began on October 22nd.

A24, the film's production company, could not provide exact filming locations for “The Drama” because they are confidential, the company told MassLive.

Pattinson arrived in Boston on Wednesday, October 30, Just Jared reported. A TikTok captured The Batman actor leaving a building on Harvard University's campus that same day.

Zendaya was also spotted on the Harvard campus and at Tatte in Beacon Hill earlier this week.
