Pistons vs. Sixers GameThread: Game time, TV, odds and more

1 minute, 18 seconds Read

The 0-4 Detroit Pistons are still looking for their first win of the season. The Utah Jazz are the only other winless team in the NBA. In Detroit's case, it's not for lack of trying. They faced four playoff teams, including the two potential top seeds in the East, the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers, led in the fourth quarter of the reach game and have no wins.

Tonight they'll try to beat their opponent to the bitter end, and perhaps the Philadelphia 76ers will be kind enough to oblige. This is also an opportunity for Tobias Harris, who has been worryingly quiet in his first four games, to face his former team. Harris will likely get a good round of boos if he touches the ball. The better he plays, the louder the boos get. So I hope Sixers fans get a little hoarse at the end.

On the Sixers side, Andre Drummond and Reggie Jackson will also play against their former teams. In reality, this game will likely come down to Tyrese Maxye. If the Pistons can find a way to contain the dynamic guard or defeat him with an outstanding performance, the Pistons have a chance.
