Tonight: Storms with strong wind gusts and a brief tornado will develop from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. 0.5-1.5 inches of precipitation possible

Tonight: Severe thunderstorms move across central Missouri after midnight. The wind turns from the northwest as temperatures drop.
