“I lost by over 29.5 points to Tyrese Maxey on Friday at the Raptors and it was one of the losses that will be in the back of my mind all season.

Maxey came out shining! He scored 19 points in the first half, then went 1 of 7 for five points in the second half and finished with 24. Surprising, but Indiana is a fast tempo team that also wants to throw three balls.

That pace could serve Maxey well after he scored 24 and 25 points in 39 and 41 minutes. He is a combined 16-of-54 from the field (29.6%) and 4-of-21 from three (19%). These percentages are bad, but the volume is enough for a big game every night until Embiid and George get back.”
