NFL scores, live updates: Caleb Williams, Bears take on Commanders; Chiefs and Raiders meet in Las Vegas

2 minutes, 42 seconds Read

Caleb Williams leads the 4-2 Chicago Bears – the author of a current three-game winning streak – to Washington to face the 5-2 Commanders, who will at least be with starting quarterback Jayden Daniels. Daniels was forced out of last week's blowout win over the Panthers with a rib injury and was a game-changer for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Daniels' presence would have been sorely missed, as he is completing nearly 76% of his passes this season and ranks second among quarterbacks in rushing yards with 372 through Week 8. Williams was excited about the Bears' current three-game winning streak. He also completed 74% of his passes for 687 yards and seven touchdown passes with just one interception.

Late this afternoon, Kansas City appears to remain undefeated on the road against Las Vegas as DeAndre Hopkins makes his Chiefs debut, Buffalo will look to extend its AFC East lead in Seattle, and the Panthers are in Denver to face the Broncos and New Orleans travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers.

(No byes in week 8)
