The Phoenix Suns have listed guards Bradley Beal and Grayson Allen as likely players for Friday's road game at the Los Angeles Lakers.

Beal will play while Allen was announced out 90 minutes before the game began. Allen is still dealing with right Achilles tendon soreness, but head coach Mike Budenholzer told reporters he is out for personal reasons. Allen and his wife are expecting their first child. Allen came off the bench on Wednesday and scored eight points in 21 minutes on 2-for-6 shooting from long range.

According to the injury report, guard Josh Okogie will be sidelined with a right hamstring strain.

The Lakers, meanwhile, have listed second-year senior Jalen Hood-Schifino as questionable due to an illness, while former Arizona Wildcats center Christian Koloko is undergoing conditioning to return to play after overcoming blood clots. Jarred Vanderbilt (foot) and Christian Wood (knee) lie on the ground while recovering from surgeries.

Beal appeared in the report with right shoulder soreness after a strong start to the season in Phoenix's 116-113 overtime win at the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday.

Beal scored 24 points on 8-for-12 shooting, including 4-for-6 from long range. He also contributed three rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.

Both the Suns and Lakers enter the matchup 1-0, as Los Angeles opened its season with a win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Tipoff begins at 7 p.m. on 98.7 and the Arizona Sports App.
