Bruce Springsteen calls Trump “an American tyrant” as he serenades the crowd at the Kamala Harris rally

Thirteen former officials in Donald Trump's administration have issued an open letter expressing agreement with former Chief of Staff John Kelly's assessment of the former president as a fascist.

Kamala Harris will appear alongside pop superstar Beyonce in Houston, Texas today and address the future of reproductive rights.

The Democrat held a packed rally in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, where Barack Obama, Samuel L. Jackson, Spike Lee, Tyler Perry and Bruce Springsteen joined her on stage in front of a packed crowd. The latter serenaded her supporters and denounced Trump as an “American tyrant.”

The 44th president was on special form, mocking the Republican as a “lunatic” but also emphasizing the danger he poses, as his own former generals pointed out, and also mocked him for last weekend's McDonald's stunt in Pennsylvania.

At his own rally in Las Vegas yesterday, Trump falsely claimed that Harris had “absolutely bombed” in Georgia, before spewing new anger at his opponent and immigrants and lying about how many people attended his staged McDonald's shift.

Previously, in Arizona, he had described America as “a garbage can for the world.”

Trump promises to give his enemies “long prison sentences” if he is re-elected

Donald Trump reiterated his promise to prosecute those he believes are corrupt, this time declaring that “lawyers, political activists, donors, illegal voters and corrupt election officials” would be sentenced to “long term prison sentences.”

In a Truth Social post Friday afternoon, Trump said that “once he is re-elected,” he will prosecute these people to the fullest extent of the law. With the Supreme Court's recent decision on presidential immunity, Trump could use his executive power to take action against his opponents without criminal consequences.

The former president said he would prosecute these people for “fraud” in the election – a claim Trump has made in the last three presidential election cycles to make if he loses.

“If I win, the people who cheated will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including long prison sentences, so that this corruption of justice is not repeated.” We cannot allow our country to devolve further into a third world -Nation transformed, and we won't do that either! Please note that this legal exposure extends to lawyers, political activists, donors, illegal voters, and corrupt election officials. Those involved in unscrupulous behavior will be sought, caught and prosecuted on a scale that, unfortunately, has never been seen before in our country.”

Trump appears to be preparing to claim again that the election was unfairly stolen from him if Vice President Kamala Harris wins.

According to Pennsylvania county data, poll workers reported 2,500 potentially fraudulent voter registrations

Officials in a Pennsylvania county said Friday an investigation has been launched because election workers identified about 2,500 voter registration forms that may be fraudulent.

“Election board staff have identified and mitigated incidents of voter registration fraud,” the Lancaster County Board of Elections said in a news release early Friday. “The election staff and the public prosecutor’s office are currently examining the nature and extent of the fraud.”

Pennsylvania is a crucial swing state in the Nov. 5 election, where polls show a tight presidential race with 19 electoral votes at stake.

Trump compares the US to the “garbage bin of the world”

Donald Trump described the United States as a “dustbin for the world” as he railed against immigrants during a rally in Arizona on Thursday, October 24. The former president criticized the Biden-Harris administration's handling of the border as he addressed supporters in Tempe. “Every time I come up and talk about what they have done to our country, I get angrier and angrier. For the first time I said 'trash can.'” But guess what? That’s a very accurate description,” Mr. Trump added. The Republican candidate has repeatedly used derogatory language to describe immigrants, including by claiming that those who enter the U.S. illegally are “poisoning the blood” of the country.

Trump criticizes Virginia judge for blocking removal of suspected non-citizens from voter rolls

Donald Trump is angry that a judge blocked a Republican plan in Virginia to purge alleged non-citizens from the voter rolls so close to the election.

Here's what the former president wrote, adding that he would host Gov. Glenn Youngkin's rally tomorrow and announce a visit to the state.

Sleepy Joe Biden and Comrade Kamala Harris are ridiculously accusing me of wanting to “weaponize” the Justice Department, even though they did all the arming. Now their truly armed “Injustice” Division and a judge (appointed by Joe) have ORDERED the Great Commonwealth of Virginia to PUT NON-CIVIL VOTERS BACK ON THE VOTER ROLLS. This is a completely unacceptable travesty and Governor Youngkin is entirely within his rights to appeal this ILLEGAL REGULATION and hopefully the US Supreme Court will fix it! Only US citizens should be allowed to vote. Keep fighting, Glenn – AND REPUBLICANS IN VIRGINIA, KEEP VOTING EARLY! I'll be stopping by Glenn's rally with Lara Trump tomorrow morning to talk about this crazy ruling and announce my final stop in Virginia before Election Day. Tune in!

Here is the background to the case:

Harris is trying to squeeze votes from Trump's base

This year's presidential election could be down to microscopic results, which is why Kamala Harris is looking for votes in even the most unlikely places. One of their latest targets is Donald Trump's demographic base – white people who didn't go to college.

“It’s difficult terrain,” said Dan Kanninen, the Harris campaign’s battleground states director. “But when you perform, you get the votes you need to win.”

Kanninen and other members of the Democratic vice presidential team point to what they say are positive signals in public polls that suggest Harris may be making small strides. Such shifts are difficult to measure, particularly in polls where subgroups of voters can have large margins of error.

Philadelphia Inquirer endorses Harris

The Philadelphia Inquirer has published a lengthy endorsement of Kamala Harris and a denigration of Donald Trump.

Acknowledging that the path to the White House may lie through Pennsylvania, the editorial board concludes its endorsement of the vice president over the former president with the following words:

America deserves a lot better than an aspiring autocrat who ignores the law, tries to stay out of prison, and only cares about himself.

The better angels of our nature demand it.

There is only one candidate – Kamala Harris – who will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from domestic and foreign enemies.

Trump calls Vance's town hall to ask a question about himself – no, really

If you think this is a joke, here it is James LiddellThe report confirms that this is not the case.
