  • Maryland Senate: The last time the state voted for a Republican senator was 1980, but former Gov. Larry Hogan was tied with Democratic challenger Angela Alsobrooks in a recent poll and has offered a number of moderate policy proposals without the former president's ire to excite Trump. Hogan, a Republican, has been a vocal critic of Trump. Alsobrooks draws on her experience as a county manager and prosecutor, and the state's heavily blue bias gives her an advantage. This race is rated Lean D in the Fox News Power Rankings.
  • Maryland's 6th Congressional District: The Democrat April McClain Delaney meets the Republican Neil Parrott in what is actually safe territory for the Democrats. The race will likely be ranked D in the power rankings.
