NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Good news, Swifties! You can secure your Taylor Swift Eras Tour merchandise before the concert begins.

Starting Wednesday, October 23 and Thursday, October 24, exclusive merchandise stands in Champions Square will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., regardless of whether you have a ticket to the show.

Fans are snapping up limited-edition posters, hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, which are only available at the official merchandise stand and not through Swift's website.

Many local fans take advantage of the time, and one woman mentioned that Wednesday was the best day to shop before out-of-town visitors arrive. Most fans only had to wait in line for about an hour and many reported spending more than $100. Despite the cost, everyone is looking forward to the concerts.

Some fans are still holding out hope of snagging last-minute tickets to one of the most anticipated shows.

Merchandise stands will also be available to concertgoers in the Superdome on all three days of the event (October 25-27). Additional public merchandise stands will be set up in the Smoothie King Center outside the concert site each concert day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., so non-ticket holders can still pick up memorabilia.

In the Superdome, merchandise will be available at the following locations:

  • Plaza Level (Atriums at Gates B, D and H)
  • Loge level (atriums at gates B, D and H)

Ticket and venue information

Tickets for The Eras Tour will not be sold at the Caesars Superdome box office. Instead, all tickets must be purchased via Ticketmaster.com. The concert is expected to be sold out. So if you're still hoping to snag a last-minute ticket, your best bet is to use Ticketmaster's verified resale platform.

Caesars Superdome will enforce a Clear baggage regulations. Opaque diaper bags and oversized bags are not permitted inside. Additionally, all bags must be completely transparent, although a single small company logo on the front is permitted.

Parking and transportation
