The 6-foot-3 native of New Zealand chose the Wolverines over Ohio State, Texas Tech, Georgetown and others.

Goodman, who attends the NBA Global Academy, is the 93rd overall player in the Class of 2025, according to On3.

He is the Wolverines' second signee of the cycle, joining four-star small forward Winter's Grady (No. 64 nationally), who committed to Michigan late last week.

Goodman on his commitment to Michigan and what the Wolverines expect from him as a player

Oscar Goodman spoke with On3 to discuss his commitment to Michigan and further explain his game.

“I chose Michigan because my role would reflect well on their style of play, and I could basically see myself being successful there. Coach May is awesome! He is very engaging and broke down a lot of things for me to show how I would impact the team. I would say I'm a versatile player who can put the ball on the floor, get out and shoot the threes and use my size to my advantage on mismatches. The fans can expect me to bring a lot of energy offensively and defensively and to enjoy doing the little things that aren’t reflected in the statistics.”
