4 shots fired at bar in Midtown Reno, suspect still at large

Police are still searching for the suspect who shot four people at a Midtown bar early Saturday morning.

Reno Police Department officers responded to Shea's Tavern in the 700 block of S. Virginia St. just after midnight on Nov. 2 for a report of shots fired in the area.

Upon arrival, officers found four victims with apparent gunshot wounds and immediately began providing medical care. REMSA arrived on scene and all victims were transported to the hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.

The suspect in this shooting is still unidentified. Authorities believe this is an isolated incident with no risk to the public.

More than two dozen police officers and other first responders were seen outside the bar in the hours after the shooting.

The crime scene remains active as of 11:30 a.m. Saturday while police conduct their investigation. Reno police are asking people to avoid the area of ​​S. Virginia St. from California Ave. to avoid Cheney.
