David Plouffe, a senior adviser to Vice President Kamala Harris, told CNN's Erin Burnett on Monday night that the campaign believes it can win all seven swing states.

“It's very important that we have multiple paths to 270, and as you know, a few hours ago when we were looking through all the early voting data, what we're forecasting for Election Day and how we think the undecideds are breaking down , found a credible path.” “I'm going to all seven states tomorrow night to address Kamala Harris' column,” Plouffe said.

“But we believe they will all be close,” he added.

Asked if he thought Harris could win all seven states, he replied, “Yes.”

Plouffe said the campaign believes it will attract more new voters than former President Donald Trump, and he credits the campaigns' different approaches in their field operations.

“I think that outsourcing your field work – the people who knock on doors and make calls – largely to exclusively paid customer service representatives, historically, just doesn't work,” he said. “You want people to show up who will advocate for your candidate.”

He called it a “secret weapon for us” and said volunteers “knocked on 2,000 doors a minute in Pennsylvania over the weekend.”

But he acknowledged that both campaigns have “a lot coming up tomorrow, on actual election day.”
